Senior Web Developer
EmailLabs is looking for a Senior Web Developer. Responsibilities will include designing, coding and testing computer software under supervision of a Project Manager, authoring project documentation including technical specifications, feature sets, etc; breaking down project tasks into phases and sub-tasks; evaluating new development technologies and tools and working with other other programmers and project managers to meet a common development schedule.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of UNIX and associated applications and utilities
• Strong knowledge of the Web and its technologies, tools, vendors, and products
• 4 year experience with Web-specific technologies such as server side includes, HTML, tcp/ip, javaScript, etc.
• Strong SQL skills with at least 1 year experience
• Experience authoring formal technical specifications and related documents
• Demonstrated ability to meet deliverable schedules
• An assertive personality, team spirit, attention to detail, excellent time management skills
• Ability and desire to thrive in a rapidly-changing, entrepreneurial environment

Additional Skills Desired

• Specific expertise using Linux, MySQL, PHP, or Apache modules
• Collaborative, presentation, and client interface skills
• Experience with at least one major Web project from beginning to end
• Ability to lead teams at the project level
• Experience with structured project management processes
