(Sep. 19, 2005) - EmailLabs (www.emaillabs.com), the leading provider of high-performance email marketing technology solutions, today launched Version 4.0 of its email marketing application which includes advanced features and enhancements such as integrated Web analytics, a new dynamic content creation and personalization wizard, and integrated email deliverability reporting.
Key components of Version 4.0 include partnerships and technology integration with WebSideStory’s enterprise Web analytics service, HBX, and Habeas’ delivery monitoring service. Mutual clients of EmailLabs and WebSideStory, a leading provider of on-demand digital marketing applications, will be able to leverage data based on both Web site and email activity to target campaigns based on behavior -- and create trigger campaigns on the fly.
Via the partnership with Habeas, a leader in email reputation technology, EmailLabs’ clients gain deeper insight into the delivery metrics of their email messages; for example, whether their emails were delivered to the “Inbox” or “Bulk” folders of major ISPs. EmailLabs’ clients can now accurately monitor delivery rates alongside open, click-through, bounce, unsubscribe and other metrics without having to log in to a separate account for delivery monitoring.

Additional Version 4.0 features and enhancements include:
- Dynamic Message Assembly Wizard enables simpler formation of logic statements for dynamic content assembly and complex personalization. The wizard enables any marketer to easily create “one to one” email messages using a single template that dynamically assembles multiple sources of content personalized specifically to each recipient.
- Workflow Task Management enables email marketers to set up a workflow process and checklist of tasks to be completed before email message distribution. Tasks can be assigned as “Reminder”, “Optional” or “Required” which helps minimize errors and optimize internal adoption of best practices. Client users can also post notes with time/date stamps for other users, assign them to specific messages, and create and edit tasks in line with an organization’s business processes.
- Content Library Directory System helps users organize creative elements such as copy, images and templates, thereby supporting easy creation of complex personalized email campaigns and dynamic content.
- A New Interface and New Look were designed with a strong focus on usability, based on recommendations from a third-party design firm, who polled EmailLabs clients for feedback and gathered data on their usage habits to improve ease of use of advanced features and enhance workflow processes.
