EmailLabs and Habeas Integrate to Offer Superior Visibility Into Email Deliverability

EmailLabs Actively Supports Habeas' Monitoring and Compliance Solutions

MENLO PARK, Calif. (Aug. 29, 2005) - EmailLabs (www.emaillabs.com), the leader in high-performance email marketing technology, today announced that it has partnered with Habeas, a leader in email reputation technology (www.habeas.com), to provide clients greater insight into the delivery metrics of email messages and offer deeper solutions to deliverability issues facing the industry. Under this agreement, EmailLabs' clients will have access to Habeas' Delivery Monitor results within the EmailLabs system, and other audit and certification services will be provided directly by Habeas.

Habeas' real-time seedbox monitoring data will be integrated directly into the EmailLabs Campaign Reports, allowing clients to view inbox vs. bulk folder rates by ISPs alongside other important campaign metrics such as overall open and click-through rates, bounces, unsubscribes, and Web-page visits. The first of its kind, this combined solution between EmailLabs and Habeas eliminates the hassle of logging in and out of separate services to assess the complete deliverability metrics of an email marketing campaign.

Combined with Habeas' accreditation and reputation programs, which include certification, monitoring and compliance processes, the integrated solution provides businesses with a standard model for email so they can effectively communicate with their customers. Habeas' accreditation services have emerged as the leading vehicle that major ISPs use to assess the reputation of permission-based emailers, which is an effective strategic advantage that EmailLabs clients can rely on to get permission-based emails into subscribers' inboxes.

"EmailLabs has always identified and promoted new and innovative best practices," said Jim Herbold, vice president of sales at EmailLabs. "While email marketing technology is becoming more complex, we feel that the user experience shouldn't have to be. This partnership offers a simple and integrated way for our clients to monitor campaigns, and with Habeas we are able to offer important solutions that our clients can rely on to improve the ROI of their email marketing program."

"In the future, customer satisfaction will be dependent on features such as the monitoring and resolution of email compliance and metrics deliverability rates," said JF Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Habeas. "Our integration with EmailLabs is among the most advanced in the industry and will be critical in helping companies achieve their business objectives more effectively."
